Buying or selling property can be a stressful and expensive process, which is why sound, professional advice is essential. At Hamers, we use our conveyancing expertise to ensure a smooth, swift and efficient process, so you can focus on the move. Whether you’re buying your first home, or you’ve been through the house sale/purchase process before, our team of qualified and experienced experts will guide you every step of the way.
Your case will be handled by one person, and not passed around a team, meaning you’ll have a single point of contact who will keep you up to date on your case throughout. Find out more about our conveyancing team on our meet the team page.

    Accreditation

Hamers was the first firm in the region to be awarded the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Standard (CQS) accreditation. This accreditation is increasingly important to third parties such as mortgage lenders. Some will not instruct a non-accredited firm to act on their behalf, causing additional delay, costs and stress for house purchasers.
