    ACAS

    ACAS have updated their redundancy guidance, given this will often be referenced by employees should a redundancy situation arise, it is wise for the employer to be one step ahead and have a copy handy.

    Internal redundancy policies may also need to be updated to reflect the new guidance. This is not however new law, it is merely guidance, but ACAS guidance can be very persuasive.
